Une transition significative s’est ope\u0301re\u0301e d’une approche centre\u0301e sur les projets a\u0300 des de\u0301marches plus programmatiques en matie\u0300re de soins de sante\u0301.<\/p>\n

Cette re\u0301union vient comple\u0301ter les politiques et proce\u0301dures du programme en fournissant des directives concre\u0300tes sur la planification multisectorielle des re\u0301sultats du de\u0301veloppement provincial, englobant la gouvernance, la coordination, le partenariat et l’investissement dans l’ame\u0301lioration de la disponibilite\u0301 et de la qualite\u0301 des ressources humaines en sante\u0301, des me\u0301dicaments, des e\u0301quipements techniques et principalement de la qualite\u0301 des soins. Les re\u0301sultats cle\u0301s par province ont e\u0301te\u0301 expose\u0301s et trois provinces, a\u0300 savoir le Moyen-Chari, le Ouaddai\u0308 et le Kanem, se sont vues de\u0301cerner des prix d’excellence parmi les 23 provinces.<\/p>\n
