Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019Alternative pour le De\u0301veloppement Communautaire (ADECOM), en partenariat avec le Centre de Recherche en Anthropologie et Sciences Humaines (CRASH), a organise\u0301 ce 26 mars 2024, au centre Beyadji de Sarh, un atelier de plaidoyer pour la re\u0301gulation des prix de transport.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est a\u0300 l\u2019intention des Associations des Droits des Consommateurs, des chefs agences de bus, et de quelques responsables des groupements des motos-taxis. L\u2019objectif de cet atelier est de prote\u0301ger les consommateurs contre les pratiques de tarifications injustes ou abusives, tout en assurant la viabilite\u0301 e\u0301conomique des services de transport.<\/p>\n

Le manager de l\u2019ADECOM, David Djitai\u0308ngue\u0301, a indique\u0301 qu\u2019il est important de trouver un e\u0301quilibre entre la re\u0301gulation des prix et la ne\u0301cessite\u0301 d\u2019encourager l\u2019innovation et la concurrence sur le marche\u0301 du transport.<\/p>\n

\u00ab A part les vives tensions conflictuelles, l\u2019un des proble\u0300mes cruciaux est celui de l\u2019augmentation de prix de transport. Pour quitter Sarh pour Ndjamena, il faut de\u0301brousser 17 500 FCFA au lieu de 12 500 FCFA par le passe\u0301. Le paradoxe est que le pouvoir d\u2019achat de la population n\u2019a presque pas progresse\u0301 et cela se traduit par le baisse du pouvoir d\u2019achat des me\u0301nages \u00bb, a pre\u0301cise\u0301 David Djitai\u0308ngue\u0301.<\/p>\n

Deux pre\u0301sentations ont e\u0301te\u0301 faites. La premie\u0300re, lie\u0301e aux textes qui re\u0301gissent le transport au Tchad, a e\u0301te\u0301 faite par Adimadji Otoi\u0308be\u0301 qui a mis l\u2019accent sur les lois fondamentales. La deuxie\u0300me communication a e\u0301te\u0301 faite par Kemsolbaye Yadimadje. Elle a porte\u0301 sur les perceptions et les re\u0301actions des usagers, face a\u0300 l\u2019augmentation du prix de transport.<\/p>\n

Quelques contributions et questions d\u2019e\u0301claircissement, relatives a\u0300 la sensibilisation de la population, et a\u0300 la responsabilite\u0301 des uns et des autres, ont e\u0301te\u0301 pose\u0301es et ont trouve\u0301 des e\u0301le\u0301ments de re\u0301ponses.<\/p>\n
