Cette de\u0301cision intervient a\u0300 la suite de la gre\u0300ve de trois jours avec service minimum qui s’est de\u0301roule\u0301e du 30 mars au 1 er avril 2024, comme cela a e\u0301te\u0301 de\u0301cide\u0301 a\u0300 l’assemble\u0301e ge\u0301ne\u0301rale du 29 mars 2024. \u00ab Nous tenons a\u0300 exprimer notre profonde insatisfaction face a\u0300 l’absence de progre\u0300s significatif dans nos ne\u0301gociations avec la direction ge\u0301ne\u0301rale \u00bb, e\u0301crivent les de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301s du personnel de la SONACIM.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Malgre\u0301 notre participation a\u0300 une gre\u0300ve pre\u0301ce\u0301dente avec service minimum, nous avons constate\u0301 un manque de volonte\u0301 re\u0301elle de re\u0301pondre a\u0300 nos revendications le\u0301gitimes. Nous avons pris cette de\u0301cision difficile de passer a\u0300 une gre\u0300ve se\u0300che et illimite\u0301e, afin de faire entendre notre voix de manie\u0300re plus le\u0301gitime et d’obtenir des avance\u0301es concre\u0300tes dans les discussions en cours \u00bb, poursuivent les travailleurs de la SONACIM.<\/p>\n

En de\u0301pit les e\u0301ventuels de\u0301sagre\u0301ments que cette de\u0301cision pourrait causer aux clients, le personnel se dit convaincu que ce mouvement est ne\u0301cessaire pour garantir de meilleures conditions de travail et pre\u0301server les droits fondamentaux des employe\u0301s.<\/p>\n

Cela dit, le personnel reste ouvert au dialogue et a\u0300 la re\u0301solution constructive, en attendant de parvenir a\u0300 un accord mutuellement be\u0301ne\u0301fique.<\/p>\n
