Selon lui, la science qui e\u0301tudie les phe\u0301nome\u0300nes atmosphe\u0301riques est divise\u0301e en deux parties: la me\u0301te\u0301o qui s\u2019inte\u0301resse l\u2019e\u0301valuation et l\u2019e\u0301volution du temps a\u0300 court terme et les valeurs instantane\u0301es et locales. Par contre le climat e\u0301tudie l\u2019e\u0301volution a\u0300 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLes solutions a\u0300 l\u2019action climatique, il faut re\u0301duire l\u2019ampleur du re\u0301chauffement et stabiliser le gaz a\u0300 effet de serre pour l\u2019atte\u0301nuation. Le ro\u0302le de service hydrome\u0301te\u0301o est d\u2019observer et de surveiller des pre\u0301visions, mode\u0301lise\u0301es et pre\u0301voir pour informer\u201d, dit-il.<\/p>\n<p>Pre\u0301sentant l\u2019Agence nationale de me\u0301te\u0301orologie, Hamit Abakar Souleymane, directeur adjoint de ladite Agence, souligne qu\u2019elle a pour mission d\u2019e\u0301laborer, de proposer et de mettre en \u0153uvre la politique du gouvernement en matie\u0300re de me\u0301te\u0301orologie.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cL\u2019ANAM exerce pour le compte de l\u2019Etat l\u2019ensemble de pre\u0301rogatives de la puissance publique dans le secteur de la me\u0301te\u0301orologie telles que la fonction lie\u0301e au respect de normes d\u2019entretien et exploitation des stations me\u0301te\u0301orologiques ainsi qu\u2019a\u0300 l\u2019assistance et au suivi des risques climatiques\u201d, explique-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>Pour finir, Idriss Abdallah Hassan, directeur du re\u0301seau d\u2019observation et de pre\u0301visions me\u0301te\u0301orologiques, appelle la population a\u0300 prendre conscience du changement climatique.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChacun doit contribuer d\u2019une manie\u0300re ou d\u2019une autre au changement climatique.
