Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L\u2019arm\u00e9e centrafricaine et les mercenaires russes de PMC Wagner tuent six soldats tchadiens.<\/p>\n

Un violent accrochage a oppos\u00e9 dimanche 30 Mai 2021 \u00e0 5 heures du matin les Forces Arm\u00e9es Centrafricaines (FACA) appuy\u00e9es par des mercenaires du groupe PMC Wagner aux soldats tchadiens du poste avanc\u00e9 de Sourou situ\u00e9 \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres de la fronti\u00e8re centrafricaine, dans la commune de Ba\u00efbokoum.<\/p>\n

Les FACA et leurs alli\u00e9s qui combattent les rebelles centrafricains de la Coalition des patriotes pour le changement (CPC) ont fait une incursion dans le sud du territoire tchadien dans le d\u00e9partement des Monts de Lam (province du Logone Oriental) entra\u00eenant une riposte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments des forces de d\u00e9fense et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tchadiennes charg\u00e9s de s\u00e9curiser la fronti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Ces affrontements ont d\u2019abord fait c\u00f4t\u00e9 tchadien un mort (un adjudant-chef de l\u2019arm\u00e9e tchadienne) et cinq bless\u00e9s. Les forces loyalistes centrafricaines poursuivies par des renforts militaires tchadiens se sont ensuite retir\u00e9es en territoire centrafricain dans la localit\u00e9 de Bang (situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres de la fronti\u00e8re sur l\u2019axe menant \u00e0 Bocaranga) o\u00f9 cinq militaires tchadiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enlev\u00e9s et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Les premiers t\u00e9moignages des soldats tchadiens bless\u00e9s, \u00ab des hommes blancs \u00bb pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme \u00ab des russes \u00bb ont bien pris part aux combats et trois d\u2019entre eux auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s lors de ces affrontements. Un \u00ab crime de guerre \u00bb. Le Ministre des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res tchadien Ch\u00e9rif Mahamat Zene a publi\u00e9 dimanche soir un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 de sa main au nom du gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique du Tchad d\u00e9non\u00e7ant \u00ab ce crime de guerre d\u2019une gravit\u00e9 extr\u00eame et cette attaque meurtri\u00e8re pr\u00e9m\u00e9dit\u00e9e, planifi\u00e9e et op\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du Tchad, dont seul le gouvernement centrafricain en conna\u00eet les raisons, (qui) ne sauraient rester impunis. \u00bb Le communiqu\u00e9 indique par ailleurs que \u00ab le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la gendarmerie centrafricaine a saisi l\u2019ambassade du Tchad \u00e0 Bangui pour que les autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent aupr\u00e8s du chef de village de Mbang les d\u00e9pouilles de cinq Tchadiens faits prisonniers et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s par l\u2019arm\u00e9e centrafricaine. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Ni le gouvernement centrafricain ni l\u2019ambassade de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie en RCA n\u2019ont pour l\u2019instant r\u00e9agi \u00e0 ces graves accusations du Tchad. Tensions Tchad\/R\u00e9publique Centrafricaine.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence le 23 avril dernier du Pr\u00e9sident Touad\u00e9ra aux fun\u00e9railles du Pr\u00e9sident Idriss Deby Itno, ce nouvel incident intervient dans un contexte de tensions entre le Tchad et la RCA.<\/p>\n

Ces tensions font suite \u00e0 l\u2019offensive de la CPC \u00e0 Bangui en D\u00e9cembre 2020. Plusieurs proches du Pr\u00e9sident Faustin-Archange Touad\u00e9ra n\u2019avaient pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer la pr\u00e9sence de combattants tchadiens au sein des rangs des rebelles de la CPC.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ambassadeur russe \u00e0 Bangui Vladimir Titorenko avait aussi accus\u00e9 le 29 mars dernier le Tchad de ne pas jouer franc jeu avec son voisin centrafricain regrettant que \u00ab les forces de la CPC utilisent le Tchad comme base arri\u00e8re \u00bb, ce qui avait entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9action indign\u00e9e des autorit\u00e9s tchadiennes qui avaient condamn\u00e9 ses propos.<\/p>\n

Ce nouvel incident ne devrait pas arranger les relations compliqu\u00e9es entre Bangui et N\u2019Djamena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
