Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>A travers un point de presse fait ce dimanche 25 aou\u0302t, le point focal des forces vives de la province du Logone occidental, le de\u0301pute\u0301 Mbaidessemel Dionadji a pre\u0301sente\u0301 le manifeste, un document e\u0301labore\u0301 contre les lois consacrant \u201cl\u2019injustice et l\u2019ine\u0301galite\u0301\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mbaidessemel Dionadji a souligne\u0301 que l\u2019objectif de ce manifeste vise a\u0300 de\u0301noncer les multiples incohe\u0301rences et incongruite\u0301s qui transparaissent des me\u0301thodologies non conventionnelles utilise\u0301es dans la restructuration des unite\u0301s administratives que sur la re\u0301partition des sie\u0300ges des de\u0301pute\u0301s. Mais aussi il vise a\u0300 alerter l\u2019opinion internationale sur les injustices et ine\u0301galite\u0301s et le caracte\u0300re conflictuel pour un pays dont l\u2019unite\u0301 des peuples demeure un de\u0301fi.<\/p>\n

Pour Mbaidessemel Dionadji, le manifeste a analyse\u0301 les textes rejete\u0301s, en relevant que sur l\u2019Ordonnance portant restructuration des unite\u0301s administratives, il y a l\u2019ambigui\u0308te\u0301 des crite\u0300res de restructuration, l\u2019absence de consolidation, la non prise en compte des aspirations des peuples.<\/p>\n

Sur le projet de loi organique portant composition du parlement, la non conside\u0301ration des poids de\u0301mographiques des re\u0301gions, la violation des principes de\u0301mographiques, l\u2019exclusion des candidatures inde\u0301pendantes sont releve\u0301es par le point focal des forces vives du Logone occidental.<\/p>\n

Le manifeste exige du gouvernement l\u2019annulation des Ordonnances et projets de lois vise\u0301s et la mise en place d\u2019un processus de consultation inclusive et transparente pour statuer sur cette question. Le respect des dispositions des lois e\u0301lectorales qui autorisent les candidatures inde\u0301pendantes, l\u2019organisation des consultations inclusives avec toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les repre\u0301sentants des re\u0301gions sous-repre\u0301sente\u0301es, renche\u0301rit Mbaidessemel Dionadji.<\/p>\n

Le conseiller national souligne que le manifeste appelle toutes les organisations et personnes inde\u0301pendantes a\u0300 s\u2019unir pour lancer une initiative citoyenne de\u0301nomme\u0301e \u201cStop apartheid au Tchad\u201d qui vise a\u0300 mettre en place un dispositif de veille et d\u2019alerte sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national. Il appelle aussi a\u0300 mener des campagnes de sensibilisation au niveau local qu\u2019international sur \u201cle martyr inflige\u0301 aux paisibles populations depuis des de\u0301cennies par les diffe\u0301rents pouvoirs.\u201c<\/p>\n
