Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le Tchad et la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine (RCA) ont appel\u00e9 les Nations Unies et l\u2019Union africaine \u00e0 enqu\u00eater sur un incident qui s\u2019est produit \u00e0 un poste fronti\u00e8re au cours duquel au moins six soldats tchadiens et trois Russes en mission militaire pour aider la RCA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation centrafricaine a rencontr\u00e9 d\u00e9but juin le pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim du Tchad, Mahamat Idriss Deby, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019incident, qui a menac\u00e9 de d\u00e9grader les relations diplomatiques.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Les deux parties ont reconnu la gravit\u00e9 de la situation et insistent sur l\u2019urgence de clarifier les circonstances dans lesquelles cette attaque a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e \u00bb, ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 leurs ministres des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res dans un communiqu\u00e9 conjoint le 1er juin au soir.<\/p>\n

Le minist\u00e8re tchadien de la D\u00e9fense a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 que les troupes centrafricaines avaient attaqu\u00e9 un poste militaire tchadien, tu\u00e9 un soldat et kidnapp\u00e9 et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 cinq autres \u2013 des actions qui, selon lui, constituaient un crime de guerre.<\/p>\n

Les autorit\u00e9s centrafricaines ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019une fusillade avait \u00e9clat\u00e9 par erreur alors que leurs soldats poursuivaient un groupe rebelle pr\u00e8s de la fronti\u00e8re tchadienne, entra\u00eenant la mort de soldats des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Ils n\u2019ont pas pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 combien de soldats centrafricains \u00e9taient morts.<\/p>\n

Des troupes suppl\u00e9mentaires en renfort<\/p>\n

L\u2019agence de presse russe RIA a rapport\u00e9 que trois soldats russes, faisant partie d\u2019une mission de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e centrafricaine, ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s au cours de l\u2019op\u00e9ration \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019explosion d\u2019une mine.<\/p>\n

Un porte-parole de l\u2019arm\u00e9e tchadienne a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des troupes suppl\u00e9mentaires avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019incident.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9s sur notre territoire par l\u2019arm\u00e9e d\u2019un pays voisin. Pour que ce genre de chose ne se r\u00e9p\u00e8te pas, nous sommes oblig\u00e9s de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Azem Bermandoa Agouna.<\/p>\n

Les soldats tchadiens \u00e9taient au c\u0153ur d\u2019une mission africaine de maintien de la paix d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e en RCA apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9bellion en 2013 qui a renvers\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n

Le Tchad a retir\u00e9 ses forces l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante apr\u00e8s qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s par certains en RCA de se ranger du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des rebelles principalement musulmans dans leur conflit avec des milices majoritairement chr\u00e9tiennes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
