Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Le pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d’organisation du 10\u00e8me congr\u00e8s extraordinaire du Mouvement patriotique du salut (MPS), Jean Bernard Padare, confirme le maintien de l’\u00e9v\u00e8nement. Joint par Alwihda Info, le porte-parole du MPS explique que \u00ab Le pr\u00e9sident du comite d\u2019organisation confirme le maintien du congr\u00e8s. Les camarades des provinces doivent \u00eatre au plus tard \u00e0 N\u2019Djamena le 10 juin \u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0C’est la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 totale\u00a0\u00bb, assure Jean Bernard Padar\u00e9 qui r\u00e9fute toute dissension \u00ab\u00a0contrairement \u00e0 ce que les gens racontent\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du MPS, Mahamat Zen Bada, a annul\u00e9 les effets de la d\u00e9cision portant convocation du 10\u00e8me congr\u00e8s du parti, sign\u00e9e il y a quelques jours par son adjointe Madidjian Padja Ruth.<\/p>\n

Selon Mahamat Zen Bada qui se trouve \u00e0 Paris pour des \u00ab raisons sanitaires \u00bb et qui affirme ne pas avoir autoris\u00e9 son adjointe \u00e0 prendre une telle d\u00e9cision, \u00ab un int\u00e9rimaire n\u2019est comp\u00e9tent que pour g\u00e9rer les affaires courantes \u00bb. La convocation du congr\u00e8s \u00ab n\u2019est pas une affaire courante \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les dispositions des statuts du parti pr\u00e9voient que l\u2019initiative d\u2019un congr\u00e8s extraordinaire ne peut \u00e9maner que du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du MPS ou des 2\/3 des membres du Conseil national du salut (CNS).<\/p>\n
