{"id":7435,"date":"2021-06-10T16:56:08","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T16:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/?p=7435"},"modified":"2021-06-10T16:56:08","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T16:56:08","slug":"ladc-sinterroge-sur-la-qualite-des-services-bancaires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\/homepage-french\/ladc-sinterroge-sur-la-qualite-des-services-bancaires","title":{"rendered":"l&rsquo;ADC s&rsquo;interroge sur la qualit\u00e9 des services bancaires"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/\">Africa-Press<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/tchad\">Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>L&rsquo;association des droits des consommateurs (ADC) a appel\u00e9 mercredi les consommateurs, clients des banques et \u00e9tablissements de microfinance \u00e0 faire valoir leurs droits et \u00e0 en jouir pleinement.<\/p>\n<p>Daouda Elhadj Adam, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ADC, demande \u00e0 la BEAC, \u00e0 l&rsquo;association professionnelle des \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit et \u00e0 l&rsquo;association des \u00e9tablissements de microfinance d&rsquo;assurer une meilleure vulgarisation des r\u00e8glements et veiller \u00e0 leur application.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit et les \u00e9tablissements de paiement en activit\u00e9, ont l&rsquo;obligation de fournir gratuitement les produits et services tels que l&rsquo;ouverture du compte, la d\u00e9livrance du relev\u00e9 d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 bancaire, le paiement par ch\u00e8que\u00a0\u00bb, rappelle Daouda Elhadj Adam.<\/p>\n<p>Il annonce l&rsquo;organisation tr\u00e8s prochaine d&rsquo;une grande enqu\u00eate de satisfaction des usagers des services et produits bancaires offerts par les \u00e9tablissements de cr\u00e9dit et de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ADC souligne que l&rsquo;objectif principal est de collecter toutes les informations pertinentes permettant d&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier la qualit\u00e9 des services propos\u00e9s par les banques et de mesurer le degr\u00e9 de satisfaction de ses clients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Tchad.
