Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>A l\u2019issue de leur assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 28 juin 2021, les magistrats du Tchad ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019entamer une gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e. Ceci pour s\u2019indigner contre l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les juridictions et sur les magistrats<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 cette fois-ci d\u2019entrer en gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e en attendant que la plus haute autorit\u00e9 nous trouve une solution d\u00e9finitive \u00e0 cette question d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les juridictions. Puis que pour rendre justice, il faut avoir une tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit et tant que les juges ne sont pas en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ils ne pourront pas rendra justice \u00bb, d\u00e9clare le pr\u00e9sident du Syndicat de Magistrats du Tchad (SMT), Moussa Wad\u00e9 Djibrine.<\/p>\n

Il a fait l\u2019annonce \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de ce jour au palais de justice de N\u2019Djamena. Cette rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9e suite \u00e0 l\u2019assassinat du procureur du Tribunal de Grande instance, d\u2019Oum Hadjer, la semaine derni\u00e8re. Ainsi, pendant l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les magistrats ont une fois de plus demand\u00e9, le renforcement des m\u00e9canismes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les juridictions, l\u2019affectation des agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 aux magistrats, juges de paix, pr\u00e9sidents des tribunaux et aux greffiers entre autres.<\/p>\n
