Africa-Press<\/a> – Tchad<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>En gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e depuis le 28 juin dernier, les magistrats du Tchad se retrouvent ce 09 juillet 2021, pour une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. La rencontre a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e par deux plateformes<\/p>\n

Le 07 juillet, le Syndicat des magistrats du Tchad (SMT) et le Syndicat autonome des magistrats du Tchad (SYAMAT), annon\u00e7aient dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse, qu\u2019ils se rencontreront pour une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. L\u2019ordre du jour sera pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 s\u00e9ance tenante. Mais au vue de l\u2019actualit\u00e9, l\u2019on pense que les hommes en toge discuteront des conditions de reprises et de l\u2019adresse de nouvelles recommandations.<\/p>\n

Dans le communiqu\u00e9 du SMT et du SYAMAT, les magistrats repr\u00e9cisent qu\u2019ils sont en gr\u00e8ve illimit\u00e9e depuis le 28 juin 2021, pour protester contre l\u2019 : \u00ab ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9currente \u00bb, dans l\u2019exercice de leur fonction. Ces magistrats annon\u00e7aient, il y\u2019a quelques jours qu\u2019ils ont entam\u00e9 des n\u00e9gociations, parmi les revendications plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 \u00eatre arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La tr\u00eave d\u2019activit\u00e9 des magistrats fait suite \u00e0 l\u2019assassinat, le 23 juin 2021, du procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le tribunal de grande instance d\u2019Oum-Hadjer, Ahmat Mahamat Hamba. Il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 poignard\u00e9 \u00e0 mort par un justiciable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
