Ce projet ambitieux qui sera re\u0301alise\u0301 avec l&rsquo;appui du projet PROLAC, illustre la volonte\u0301 des autorite\u0301s locales d\u2019ame\u0301liorer les conditions de vie des habitants, tout en stimulant le de\u0301veloppement e\u0301conomique et social de la province.<\/p>\n<p>Le marche\u0301 interprovincial de Ngouri sera ba\u0302ti sur une superficie de 20 000m2 et comprendra des boutiques, des hangars, des ba\u0302timents administratifs, des chambres froides et un cha\u0302teau d&rsquo;eau de 10 me\u0300tres cube et le tout e\u0301quipe\u0301 d&rsquo;un syste\u0300me solaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le maire de la ville de Ngouri, Moussa Auguste a te\u0301moigne\u0301 sa gratitude au projet PROLAC finance\u0301 par la Banque mondiale Pour la construction de ce marche\u0301 qui jettera de nouvelle bases d&rsquo;une e\u0301conomie re\u0301siliente et diversifie\u0301 pour les investissements, le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l&rsquo;entreprise ECRB, Mahamat Nassour Abdoulaye a promis de travailler selon les re\u0300gles de l&rsquo;art, tout en respectant le de\u0301lai d&rsquo;exe\u0301cution de six mois, pour le bien-e\u0302tre de la population.<\/p>\n<p>Le coordonnateur national du projet PROLAC, Adeguelaye Yang Joe\u0308l a justifie\u0301 le choix de Ngouri par sa position entre les quatre provinces que sont le Lac, le Kanem, le Barh el Ghazal et le Hadjer Lamis. Pour lui, ce marche\u0301 sera non seulement un centre e\u0301conomique attractif, mais permettra de booster la capacite\u0301 de mobilisation des ressources, compte tenu de sa position ge\u0301ographique.<\/p>\n<p>Le de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301 ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du gouvernement aupre\u0300s de la province du Lac, le ge\u0301ne\u0301ral Saleh Haggar Tidjani a exhorte\u0301 l\u2019entreprise en charge des travaux et le bureau de contro\u0302le a\u0300 re\u0301aliser cet ouvrage avec soin, conforme\u0301ment au cahier de charges, et d&rsquo;observer scrupuleusement le de\u0301lai d&rsquo;exe\u0301cution.
