Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Dans les banques de la capitale tchadienne, un simple retrait d’argent se transforme en un ve\u0301ritable parcours du combattant pour les clients.<\/p>\n

Bousculades, longues files d’attente et frustration sont le lot quotidien de ceux qui viennent retirer leur du\u0302, surtout a\u0300 la fin du mois. Une re\u0301alite\u0301 difficilement supportable qui met a\u0300 rude e\u0301preuve la patience des N’Djame\u0301nois. Les sce\u0300nes de chaos sont, monnaie courante. Les clients se pressent, tentant de gagner quelques places, dans un brouhaha constant.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Si ce n’est pas la lenteur des caissiers ou caissie\u0300res, c’est le proble\u0300me de re\u0301seau qui s’impose. Ce sont toujours les me\u0302mes soucis \u00bb, se lamente Yankigame. \u00ab J’ai fait plusieurs fois le transfert ici par MoneyGram et aujourd’hui vous me dites qu’il n’y a pas le re\u0301seau, pourtant c’est le me\u0302me re\u0301seau que vous e\u0302tes en train d’utiliser pour payer \u00bb, souligne une cliente tre\u0300s fa\u0302che\u0301e. Alors que les banques se modernisent et promettent des services plus rapides, la re\u0301alite\u0301 sur le terrain est tout autre.<\/p>\n

Les clients de N’Djamena continuent de faire face a\u0300 des difficulte\u0301s persistantes, qui soule\u0300vent la question de la qualite\u0301 du service bancaire dans la capitale tchadienne. Une situation qui me\u0301rite une attention particulie\u0300re des autorite\u0301s et des institutions bancaires, afin d’ame\u0301liorer l’expe\u0301rience client et de garantir un acce\u0300s plus fluide et plus efficace aux services financiers.<\/p>\n
