Le Ministre des Postes et de l\u2019Economie Num\u00e9rique, Dr Idriss Saleh Bachar et son \u00e9quipe prennent part depuis le 10 ao\u00fbt 2021, aux travaux du 27\u00e8me du Congr\u00e8s de l\u2019UPU. Le coup d\u2019envoi a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 par le Premier Ministre de la Cote d\u2019Ivoire, Patrick Achi. Pour la premi\u00e8re session, les travaux se d\u00e9roulent en pr\u00e9sentiel et par visio-conf\u00e9rence. La contribution du num\u00e9rique, la menace de cette derni\u00e8re face \u00e0 la poste sont les aspects les plus abord\u00e9s durant les \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n

\u00e8me Ce Congr\u00e8s est un cadre id\u00e9al pour le Tchad qui entend redynamiser le secteur de la Poste, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, le secteur postal notamment la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Tchadienne des Postes et de l\u2019Epargne (STPE).<\/p>\n

En effet, l\u2019Union Postale Universelle (UPU) est une institution sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de l\u2019Organisation des Nations Unies (ONU). Son but est de favoriser le bon d\u00e9veloppement et la coop\u00e9ration des diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes postaux du monde. L\u2019UPU fut cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 09 octobre 1874 \u00e0 Berne lors de la Conf\u00e9rence internationale de la poste.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
