Africa-Press – Tchad. <\/strong><\/span>Le mandataire du Mouvement Patriotique du Salut (MPS) charge\u0301 de la restructuration des organes de base dans la province du Ouaddai\u0308, Mahamat Saleh Abdeldjelil, est arrive\u0301 en milieu de journe\u0301e a\u0300 Abe\u0301che\u0301 accompagne\u0301 d\u2019une importante de\u0301le\u0301gation. A\u0300 l\u2019ae\u0301roport, plusieurs centaines de militantes et militants du parti se sont mobilise\u0301s pour lui re\u0301server un accueil chaleureux, te\u0301moignant leur attachement au MPS et leur engagement pour la re\u0301ussite du processus.<\/p>\n

La de\u0301le\u0301gation comprend plusieurs cadres ressortissants de la province, notamment des membres du gouvernement, des parlementaires, ainsi que des personnalite\u0301s politiques et administratives. Cette forte mobilisation, selon les organisateurs, traduit l\u2019importance accorde\u0301e par le parti a\u0300 cette e\u0301tape juge\u0301e cruciale pour la vie de ses structures provinciales.<\/p>\n

Une rencontre avec la base militante<\/p>\n

Apre\u0300s l\u2019accueil a\u0300 l\u2019ae\u0301roport, la de\u0301le\u0301gation s\u2019est rendue au sie\u0300ge provincial du MPS a\u0300 Abe\u0301che\u0301, ou\u0300 une rencontre a e\u0301te\u0301 organise\u0301e avec les militants. Le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral provincial sortant, Ismael Mahamat Bilal, a salue\u0301 l\u2019engouement de la base militante et l\u2019inte\u0301re\u0302t suscite\u0301 par la restructuration annonce\u0301e.<\/p>\n

Prenant la parole, le mandataire a remercie\u0301 les militants pour leur mobilisation et a explique\u0301 les objectifs de sa mission. Il a insiste\u0301 sur la ne\u0301cessite\u0301 de replacer la base militante au centre de la vie du parti, soulignant que la restructuration vise a\u0300 permettre aux militants de s\u2019organiser et de choisir leurs responsables.<\/p>\n

Il a e\u0301galement rassure\u0301 les militants sur le caracte\u0300re participatif du processus, affirmant que les de\u0301cisions relatives aux responsables provinciaux seront prises par les militants eux-me\u0302mes. Par ailleurs, il a appele\u0301 les cadres et militants a\u0300 privile\u0301gier l\u2019unite\u0301 et a\u0300 de\u0301passer les rivalite\u0301s, afin de renforcer la cohe\u0301sion au sein du parti dans la province du Ouaddai\u0308.<\/p>\n

Visite de courtoisie aux autorite\u0301s administratives<\/p>\n

Au cours de la journe\u0301e, le mandataire et sa de\u0301le\u0301gation ont effectue\u0301 une visite de courtoisie aupre\u0300s du de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301 ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du gouvernement aupre\u0300s de la province du Ouaddai\u0308, Ismael Yamouda Djorbo.<\/p>\n

Cette rencontre a permis a\u0300 la de\u0301le\u0301gation de pre\u0301senter ses civilite\u0301s et d\u2019exposer les objectifs de la mission, dans un esprit de collaboration avec l\u2019administration territoriale.<\/p>\n

Des consultations avec les forces vives<\/p>\n

La mission du mandataire se poursuit avec une se\u0301rie de rencontres avec les diffe\u0301rentes composantes de la province. Ces e\u0301changes doivent associer les e\u0301lus, les autorite\u0301s religieuses et traditionnelles, les chefs de quartiers, ainsi que les repre\u0301sentants des femmes et des jeunes.<\/p>\n

Selon les organisateurs, ces consultations visent a\u0300 favoriser un dialogue inclusif et a\u0300 parvenir, par consensus, a\u0300 la de\u0301signation des nouveaux responsables provinciaux, tout en relayant un message de paix et d\u2019unite\u0301 adresse\u0301 aux populations.<\/p>\n
