Cependant, elle d\u00e9sapprouve l\u2019instauration des frais d\u2019envoi qui sont des d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 la charge des consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, ces nouveaux frais d\u2019envoi d\u00e9couragent les transferts d\u2019argent et constituent un moyen de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9rateur au d\u00e9triment des consommateurs et des points de services. Cette situation am\u00e8ne certains points de services \u00e0 opter malheureusement au boycott des op\u00e9rations Tmoney.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le fonctionnement des op\u00e9rations de mobile money, les points de services \u00e9tant incontournables, la LCT exhorte Togocom \u00e0 prendre en compte les pr\u00e9occupations de ses derniers et \u00e0 annuler l\u2019instauration de la commission des frais de transfert de compte \u00e0 compte.<\/p>\n<p>Les transferts d\u2019argent \u00e0 travers les mobiles money s\u2019enracinent dans notre pays.
