It was officially born in Lome\u0301, on March 29, 2023 with its registration at the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization and Territorial Development, which gives it its existence, its founder announced on Monday<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn love with Germany, its culture, its rigor, its efficiency and the solidity of its work recognized worldwide, I would like to bring to the attention of Togolese men and women from the interior as well as the diaspora or the Germans, that an association called GERMANY IS BACK, is open for them \u201c, says the Togolese who announced an eminent candidacy for the presidential elections of Togo.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the aim of the association is to introduce the Togolese to German culture and its quality.
