Pascal Adjamagbo reproche a\u0300 ces derniers d\u2019avoir copier le logo, la couleur, l\u2019emble\u0300me&#8230; de son parti politique.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En effet, dans une interview accorde\u0301e a\u0300 Togoweb Tv le 10 septembre dernier, le Secre\u0301taire Ge\u0301ne\u0301ral du MCL informait l\u2019opinion de la cre\u0301ation de leur mouvement. Toutefois, le MCL dont il est question est une copie conforme du MPL du Prof Pascal Adjamagbo, selon ce dernier. On y retrouve le logo du MPL, la couleur grise et e\u0301galement le flambeau du MLP.<\/p>\n<p>Face a\u0300 cette situation qui rele\u0300ve du plagiat, Prof. Pascal Adjamagbo et son bureau ont juge\u0301 bon de porter plainte contre les responsables de nouveau mouvement de\u0301nomme\u0301 MCL, porte\u0301 sur les fonts baptismaux seulement le 9 septembre 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le Bureau National du MPL a de\u0301cide\u0301 de porter plainte aupre\u0300s du Procureur de la Re\u0301publique du Togo contre tous les membres du Bureau National du MCL, contre Togoweb TV et contre tout autre me\u0301dia e\u0301crit ou en ligne coupable, pour violation du jugement cite\u0301 \u00bb, informe le MPL dans un communique\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>le Bureau du MPL a e\u0301galement de\u0301cide\u0301 de saisir le ministe\u0300re en charge de l\u2019Administration territoriale au sujet d\u2019une telle \u00ab confusion inadmissible \u00bb et d\u2019un tel \u00ab trouble a\u0300 l\u2019ordre public \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, le MPL du Prof. Pascal Adjamagbo est un parti politique qui se re\u0301clame de l\u2019opposition, porte\u0301 sur les fonts baptismaux depuis fe\u0301vrier 2018 a\u0300 Lome\u0301.
