Rien de nouveau sous soleil \u00e0 Lom\u00e9. Un certain Dago Yabr\u00e9, illustre inconnu des Togolais, pr\u00e9sident d\u2019une ONG fant\u00f4me d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00ab Nouvelle Elite \u00bb est \u00e0 la t\u00eate de ce nouveau bureau.<\/p>\n

L\u2019inoxydable Jean-Claude Homawoo, doyen d\u2019\u00e2ge de la CENI demeure inamovible. Il reste vice-pr\u00e9sident de la machine \u00e0 fraudes. Grand artisan des \u00e9lections truqu\u00e9es, il r\u00e9compens\u00e9 pour les services rendus au clan Gnassingb\u00e9. Messan Dossekpli est le premier rapporteur du nouveau bureau. Il est second\u00e9 par le tr\u00e8s volubile Christophe Tchao.Jean-Claude Homawoo de l\u2019UFC \u00e9tait vice-pr\u00e9sident sous la pr\u00e9sidence du tr\u00e8s controvers\u00e9 Prof. Kodjona Kadanga. Un pr\u00e9sident qu\u2019il a vertement fustig\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque puisqu\u2019il soutenait que la CENI n\u2019est pas vraiment \u00ab ind\u00e9pendante \u00bb. Il a laiss\u00e9 transpara\u00eetre son impuissance dans les prises de d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 la CENI, bien qu\u2019il soit le vice-pr\u00e9sident de cette institution.<\/p>\n

\u00abA la CENI, quand on nous dit de tourner \u00e0 gauche, on tourne \u00e0 gauche. Nous ne sommes que des fusils sur l\u2019\u00e9paule. Nous sommes ind\u00e9pendants, mais de fa\u00e7on couverte \u00bb, a-t-il martel\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans cette \u00ab d\u00e9pendance \u00bb qu\u2019il a accompagn\u00e9 Kodjona kadanga jusqu\u2019\u00e0 terme. M\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Tchambakou Ayassor, Jean-Claude Homawoo a toujours conserv\u00e9 son fauteuil de vice-pr\u00e9sident. Comme quoi, on ne change pas l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui gagne. Dans la vie d\u2019une entreprise, si une personne est maintenue \u00e0 son poste pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es ou m\u00eame apr\u00e8s sa retraite, c\u2019est qu\u2019il joue bien son r\u00f4le. Sans doute un maillon essentiel dans les fraudes \u00e9lectorales au point o\u00f9 il devient irrempla\u00e7able.<\/p>\n
