Africa-Press – Uganda. In a move that underscores its commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence, Next Com recently held the Content Beyond Borders masterclasses, a landmark initiative designed to sharpen skills, stretch creative thinking, and expose the team to borderless content perspectives.

The internal masterclasses, held in Kampala, brought together two leading creative minds from Kenya to engage, challenge, and inspire the Next Com team.

Joram Theuri, CEO and Founder of Joby Kenya took the team through a high-impact session on positioning, sharing frameworks and case studies that explored how brands and individuals can clearly define who they are, what they offer, and why they matter — especially in a saturated digital space. He emphasized the importance of intentionality, data-informed storytelling, and standing out in an attention economy.

On the other hand, Agori Korbandy, the powerhouse behind NIT Creative Academy, Studio, Brand & Print, led an eye-opening conversation on personal branding, reminding creatives and strategists alike that “you are your first brand.” She unpacked how a strong personal brand can not only amplify professional performance but also unlock unexpected doors in one’s career.

This was more than just a workshop,” said one team member. “It was a mindset shift. We’re not just working in Ugandan or East African contexts — we’re building for the world.”

The Content Beyond Borders series is part of Next Com’s larger vision to grow a team that’s not only talented but also globally competitive. By intentionally investing in learning and cross-border knowledge exchange, the agency is shaping a culture of continuous improvement — one that centers results, collaboration, and a forward-thinking strategy.

“This is only the beginning,” noted a company spokesperson. “We believe that the more we learn, the better we serve. These masterclasses reflect our promise to ourselves and our clients — to always raise the bar.”

With refreshed minds and sharpened skill sets, the Next Com team is more ready than ever to deliver bold ideas, smarter strategies, and campaigns that cut through the noise. The future is borderless and Next Com is stepping into it with confidence.
