COVID-19 |The country has yet again recorded 3 deaths and 372 new Covid-19 cases the Ministry of Health has said.In a statement released on Thursday evening, the Ministry noted that, “results of COVID-19 tests done on January 6, 2021 confirmed 372 new cases. The cumulative confirmed cases are now 37,074. The total COVID-19 deaths are now 297,” the statement stated.The breakdown of the new cases are, Kampala (212) Masaka (26) Mbarara (19) Lyantonde (12) Wakiso (21) Jinja (10) Luwero (8) Mbale (5) Ntungamo (4) Gulu (4) Kyotera (4) Butaleja (5) Mukono (3) Mpigi (3) Kazo (3) Kalaki (3) Iganga (3) Lira (3) Tororo (2) Bushenyi (2) Arua (2) Kayunga (2) Kalungu (2) Kiryandongo (2) Busia (2) Rakai (2) Sironko (1) Rukungiri (1) Buhweju (1) Bugiri (1) Bududa (1) Kakuuto (1) Rubanda (1) Kitgum (1)
