Africa-Press-Uganda Vice President Jessica Alupo has asked Ugandans to desist from using provocative language against Rwanda, in order to ensure sustainable peaceful coexistence with the neighbours. This follows an announcement by Rwanda that it would open its borders with Uganda on Monday following a three-year closure.
