Africa-Press – Uganda. Annual inflation has dropped to 3.9% in July from 4.9% in June. It’s a fact that a number of prices especially for food have started to drop as the harvest season supplies more to the market. Items like Matooke and in some cases fuel and transport costs particularly for the long distance are dropping. But if this drop in inflation excites you less or not at all, it’s understandable because most incomes of people have not changed.
