Africa-Press – Uganda. The Kabaka of Buganda has challenged the youths to be the foundation for development of the Kingdom, instead of rushing off into exile to look for lowly jobs. The Kabaka’s call came as he celebrated the 30th anniversary of his coronation at his palace in Mengo. The ceremonies were marked by substantial colour and pomp.
