According to the Kabaka, effective urban management must go hand in hand with openness and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond urban planning, the Kabaka expressed concern over persistent shortcomings in public service delivery, particularly within the health sector. He pointed to under-equipped hospitals, limited ambulance services, and malfunctioning medical equipment as critical challenges affecting citizens\u2019 well-being.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGovernment funds come from taxes paid by the people, yet service delivery\u2014especially in hospitals\u2014remains unsatisfactory,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He further highlighted that frequent power outages and shortages of essential medical resources are contributing to preventable loss of life, calling for urgent intervention to address these systemic issues.<\/p>\n<p>In a message grounded in faith and social responsibility, the Kabaka thanked God for the gift of life and the opportunity for his subjects to celebrate Easter.
