{"id":21513,"date":"2021-11-20T13:42:46","date_gmt":"2021-11-20T13:42:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/uganda\/?p=21513"},"modified":"2021-11-20T12:37:55","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T12:37:55","slug":"budaka-police-probe-death-of-18-year-old-girl-found-in-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/uganda\/all-news\/budaka-police-probe-death-of-18-year-old-girl-found-in-garden","title":{"rendered":"Budaka police probe death of 18-year-old girl found in garden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Uganda. <\/strong><\/span>Police in Budaka District are investigating circumstances under which a teenage girl was killed and her body dumped in the garden.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they have opened inquiries into the death of Sylvia Nakirya, 18, and a resident of Namaja II Village, Naboa Town Council in Budaka District.<\/p>\n<p>The Bukedi North Police Spokesperson, Ms Immaculate Alaso, confirmed the incidence saying \u201cthe girl\u2019s body was found half naked with no external injuries.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The deceased left home to the neighborhood at an unknown time and without informing anyone for a party at Mr George Kamba\u2019s home.
