{"id":24919,"date":"2022-01-20T22:17:38","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T22:17:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/uganda\/?p=24919"},"modified":"2022-01-20T21:38:54","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T21:38:54","slug":"ucaa-to-adopt-customer-service-charter-for-airport-stakeholders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/uganda\/all-news\/ucaa-to-adopt-customer-service-charter-for-airport-stakeholders","title":{"rendered":"UCAA to adopt customer service charter for airport stakeholders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Uganda. <\/strong><\/span>The Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) has revealed that it \u201cwill adopt a customer service charter to clearly spell out customer service level expectations for each stakeholder operating at Entebbe International Airport in order to enhance the customer experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have come up with the draft of the charter but before we implement it, we shall train all key stakeholders on the customer service delivery such that everybody is at the same pace,\u201d UCAA Deputy Director General Ms Olive Birungi Lumonya said.<\/p>\n<p>However, UCAA emphasized that \u201cthe draft shall be presented to the UCAA top management for debate and conclusion before implementation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Ms Birungi, UCAA is edging closer to establishing a customer service department at Uganda\u2019s major airport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf people come in, who do they speak to when they have a challenge or how are they attended to?
