Africa-Press – Uganda. <\/strong><\/span>An Ibadan chief, Oloye Adegboyega Adegoke has explained how Nigeria can overcome the present-day challenges.<\/p>\n

Some of the problems facing the country include insecurity, corruption, high inflation, economic instability, political warfare, and lack of patriotism among the citizens.<\/p>\n

Adegoke who is the Aare Onibon Balogun of Ibadan land has, however, advised the citizens to use all that they have to promote peace and unity among themselves.<\/p>\n

He said that the promotion of peace and unity will go long way for the country to overcome the present challenges.<\/p>\n

Adegoke in his Easter message to felicitate Christians also urged Nigerians to exercise faith and hope.<\/p>\n

He insisted that these are ways out of the present problems facing the country.<\/p>\n

Adegoke in his Easter message made available to DAILY POST in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, also enjoined them to imbibe godly values of righteousness, peace and justice.<\/p>\n

Adegoke while speaking further, implored the people not to allow the lessons of Easter brought by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to elude them.<\/p>\n

He called on the citizens to prioritise love, peace and unity.<\/p>\n

He said These are the major instruments to tackle the current security and economic challenges bedevilling the country as we speak.<\/p>\n

Adegoke said, \u201cOn this year\u2019s Easter, I call on all Christians and Nigerians to imbibe and sustain Godly values of righteousness, peace and justice which are the true nature of Christ.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we celebrate, I urge all Christians and all Nigerians to work in love, peace and unity and exercise faith and hope, so we can overcome our current challenges and build a prosperous nation\u201d.<\/p>\n
