Africa-Press – Zambia. GIVEN LUBINDA UNDER HOUSE ARREST State security have surrounded the premises of Patriotic Front acting President Given Lubinda in Chalala area. The state security have put Mr Lubinda under house arrest since 06: 00 hours this morning.
It is believed that Mr Lubinda could have failed to cast his vote because they have refused him to live his premises. Mr Lubinda has been told that he will only be released once voting is done at 18:00 hours.
