That sounds to me very much like the obnoxious “do-you-know-who-I-am syndrome that ails our holders of high office. Just bullying. ZRA should be ashamed of themselves for jumping on the restaurant on behalf of someone throwing his weight around. Abuse of public institutions for personal battles must not be allowed. Mr Peni fight your own battles.
