Africa-Press – Zambia. ZAMBIA’s scheduled two international friendly matches in Europe have been call off. The Chipolopolo Boys were scheduled to play South Africa and Guinea in Paris, France this month
But in the turn of events, South African Football Association -SAFA, went behind FAZ and approached the West African country to set up their own friendly match.
“Preliminary squad ahead of international friendly matches against Guinea on 25th March, 2022 and against France on 29th March, 2022,” SAFA announced on Tuesday.
That announce took Football House by storm and shocked the Zambian FA who has had announced the friendly matches last week. Zambia was scheduled to play South Africa on 25th March while four days later the Chipolopolo Boys had a date against Guinea.
With both Guinea and South Africa, playing each other, FAZ has opted out from playing Guinea. FAZ has is expected to announce new opponents in the next 72 hours
