Africa-Press – Zambia. The Constitutional Court has declared Patriotic Front (PF) Member of Parliament Miles Sampa as the duly elected MP for the Matero seat in Lusaka. This follows the petition by United Party for National Development (UPND) losing candidate Tom Michelo in the 2021 general election.
The case appeared before the law and the decision of the High Court ruled in favour of Sampa. And the petitioner Michelob has welcomed the decision of the court which has described as an act of injustice against people of Matero
