Africa-Press – Zambia. Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- General Secretary Adrian Kashala says 30 coaches have so far applied to take up the position of Chipolopolo head coach.
Kashala says the 30 include Zambian and foreign coaches from across the globe. In an interview with ZNBC news, he said more applications are expected to keep coming in as the advert is still actively running.
Meanwhile, Football Analyst Reuben Kamanga has advised FAZ to adopt the remuneration technique when a new coach is hired. He said this will motivate the coach to produce the desired results during qualification for any tournament. Kamanga said FAZ should also target a coach that is familiar with local players and has a critical understanding of African football.
