Africa-Press – Zambia. National First Division, NFD side Trident qualified for the 2023 Absa Cup following their 1-0 away win over Jumulo on Sunday. Trident joins Mufulira Wanderers as the two sides from the second tier to qualify for next’s Absa Cup.
The two clubs are level on 32 points after 17 matches while third placed Kafue Eagles is on 30 points. Konkola Blades complete the top four on 27 points. The other six clubs will come from the Zambian Super League.
