This is in matter where Mumbi Phiri and Shebby Chilekwa are being tried in the murder case of UPND cadre Lawrence Banda.
They opened their defence on December 12, 2022 with Mumbi Phiri opting not to say anything. She said she will rely on testimony given by her co-accused Chilekwa.
