Africa-Press – Zambia. Commonwealth Gold medalist Champion Muzala Samukonga has qualified to the All African Games slated for August 2023. Samukonga qualified after recording 46 seconds in the first heat of the ongoing All Comers Competition in Ndola.
Zambia’s fastest athlete has become the track first Athlete to qualify for the All African Games. Having already qualified for World Athletics Championships Samukonga will represent the country in two major competitions this year.
And 400 meters sprinter Patrick Nyambe has also qualified for the All Africa Games competition. He won Silver in the 400 meters competition as he finished second behind Samukonga.
