Africa-Press – Zambia. USA Vice-President, Kamala Harris is viting Africa. In her tour, she is expected to visit Zambia. Zambia is facing an economic meltdown with an IMF Bail-out on a standstill as the debt restructuring process has stalled.
Last month, USA Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva visited the country but bemoaned the lack of progress by the IMF facilitated Creditors’ Committee. The duo blamed China for the lack of progress.
