Africa-Press – Zambia. Zambia has been offered a donation of fertilisers by Russia but Mr Hakainde Hichilema’s government has not taken up the offer. Why? Malawi has taken up its 20,000 metric tonnes Russian fertilisers donation. And Zimbabwe has done the same.
Russia has offered 260,000 metric tonnes of fertilizers to African countries. Russia has also offered to supply Zambia with oil at very low rates and on very favourable terms but Mr Hichilema’s government has not taken up the offer. Why?
