Africa-Press – Zambia. The huge number of senior government, upnd officials and friends of the Republican President suing the State is appalling. The Irony of these cases is that they are settled and compensated out of court and an individual is paid huge sums of money by the state. Already a number of people close to the republican president have been paid off by the state.
Even the head of the same State, President Hichilema and his lieutenants either have sued the state or planning to do so. The latest being the Minister of Transport, Hon. Frank Tayali. This can only be described as WHITE COLLAR PLUNDER OF NATIONAL RESOURCES.
The objective of TRADITIONAL CORRUPTION and WHITE COLLAR PLUNDER OF NATIONAL RESOURCES or WHITE COLLAR CORRUPTION is the same, TO MAKE INDIVIDUALS OR A GROUP OF PEOPLE YIELDING STATE POWER TO BENEFIT THEMSELVES FROM PUBLIC MONEY.
Thus, In white collar plunder of national resources individuals with state power HIDE in STATE PROCESS to ACCESS as much PUBLIC MONEY as possible to satisfy their PERCEIVED GRIEVANCES. THIS MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
I wish to challenge Honourable Frank Tayali to RESIGN from government and have his day in court and not settle the matter out of court. A State where senior officials place INDIVIDUALS BENEFITS before the PUBLIC is already COMPROMISED. The new dawn State is compromising itself. GPZ, Against White Collar Plunder of National Resources.
