Africa-Press – Zambia. United Party for National Development (UPND) Senior Member of the National Management Committee, Grace Chivube, says those saying that the former ruling party, the Patriotic Front will bounce back to power in 2026 are just day dreaming.
Ms Chivube said the UPND is already there solid on the ground and that come 2026 general elections, the ruling party will win convincingly without any difficulties. She said no Zambian of right mind would want to vote for the PF to come back and cause terror to Zambians people.
Ms Chivube, however, urged those dreaming that the PF will bounce back to power to continue dreaming because they have the right to dream whatever they are dreaming. She said this today in an interview with the Zambia News and Information Services in Chikankata district.
The UPND National Trustee further said people need to be sensitised on the Constituency Development Fund which government is offering to its citizens across the country on how to access the funds.
Ms Chivube further hailed President Hakainde Hichilema for stressing that all those who rooted the resources of this country with impunity, whether from opposition or ruling party should be brought to book
