Africa-Press – Zambia. CONTROVERSIAL photographer and Facebook personality Chellah Tukuta has boldly declared that he cannot be arrested in connection with the leaked pornographic videos that have sparked widespread outrage because he did not circulate them.
Two days ago, Tukuta’s ‘hairy’ videos diverted public attention from the massive cold box shipment, leaving many Zambians, both men and women, shocked.
The disturbing footage has been condemned as disgusting by most women, prompting calls for his immediate arrest.
On-the-run politician and social commentator Chilufya Tayali has led the charge, urging the Zambia Police Service to take action against Tukuta, citing laws prohibiting intentional circulation of pornographic material.
“Rea Hamoonga is very efficient and creative if a matter involves those in opposition. If the story is not clear, he will even come up with something to make sure the message goes. Manje apa, aliziii, why???” said Tayali.
However, in an exclusive interview with Kalemba, Tukuta insisted that he cannot be arrested since he did not release the videos. “There’s a law in the country that deals with such issues. The police know the law and who to arrest,” he said.
Tukuta also targeted Tayali, labeling him a coward for commenting on national issues from abroad. “If he’s man enough, let him return and report me to the police. Did I record the videos on my phone? Was he present when I recorded them? He should speak with facts, not speculation.”
Tukuta’s defiance comes amid mounting public pressure for his prosecution.
