Africa-Press – Zambia. The Binoculars has zoomed in, there is currently a ploy by UPND to have “BULLDOZER” Bowman LUSAMBO arrested in a plot to silence him at parliament and politically.
The police officers in question who have been assigned from Police Force Headquarters in Lusaka are under pressure by some senior UPND members to create a case against Mr Lusambo. The binoculars has zoomed that what is happening at force Headquarters CID department is allegedly under the directorship a named officer Nsofwa.
As we speak the officers under his directive left yesterday for LUANSHYA to create witnesses in LUANSHYA who can be couched to claim Mr Lusambo assaulted them during the by-election in Roan where Mr Lusambo was one of the campaign managers.
All this is meant to incriminate Mr Lusambo so as to silence him. The first attempt by some known senior UPND members to cloth Mr Lusambo with a murder case involving a named NDC member who died during the said by election whose postmortem revealed died of severe malaria and hypertension. The UPND members tried to alter the postmortem placed on record files, but this scheme proved futile as that postmortem was made public.
Instead they have resorted to their second option, as of yesterday at exactly 15hours the said police officers were signing for imprest and started off immediately. The binoculars is following them all the way, including the lodges they are staying at. Including the people they are actively contacting. They will soon be busted.
There is an instruction from community house with a list of individuals who are said to be talking too much, who must quickly be created cases for, in hope for them to stop talking.
After thier trip from America, they have issued these baseless dirty instructions to silence people. Among them on the list, are PF Vice President Given Lubinda, Whip Honorable Stephen Kampyongo, and Honorable Bowman Lusambo among others.
