Africa-Press – Zambia. Golden Party president, Jackson Silavwe is saddened that from the time of president Hakainde Hichilema’s inaugural speech there has not been any tangible steps towards job creation for youths in the country.
Speaking to Q news in an interview Mr. Silavwe said he expected the UPND government from the word go to start creating jobs. GPZ president has expressed hope that the 2022 national budget to be presented on Friday by finance minister will be centered around job creation.
Mr. Silavwe further says the first UPND national budget should come out stronger on agriculture because of the forward and backwards linkages the sector has, it can be used to propel economic growth in the country
