Africa-Press – Zambia. The Road Development Agency (RDA) has appealed to motorists for patience as construction continues on the Lusaka–Ndola dual carriageway.
RDA Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager Antony Mulowa revealed that his office has received disturbing reports of motorists refusing to obey flaggers, resulting in confusion and safety concerns on the road.
Speaking to ZNBC News, Mr. Mulowa emphasized the importance of following flagger instructions to ensure the smooth progress of the works.
