The projected Storms and Football calendar \u2026\u2026 The Prevailing weather conditions is a wake up call on the need for us to have a relook at our soccer season calendar.<\/p>\n

Agreed it may not rain everyday, but we also need to jr alive to the fact that when it rains , it really pours heavily and our stadia currently do not have facilities to withstand such weather conditions.<\/p>\n

in that breath some teams may lose out out due to some unplayed and abondoned games , all our facilities are not conducive enough for games to be played in a rainy season .<\/p>\n

In that regard the football Association of Zambia FAZ should have postponed the league Matches for the next two weeks due to the projected bad weather condition in some parts of Zambia.<\/p>\n

Zambia is expected to experience heavy rains and storms for the next one week . Already there has been some damage to some infrastructure on some stadia as a result of rains making the facilities not conducive. We need to safeguard lives of not only players but also spectators as heavy rains tend to leave a trail of damage to property .<\/p>\n
