Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>Court orders AG to temporarily keep late Hambulo\u2019s estate<\/p>\n

THE Lusaka High Court has ordered the office of the Administrator General to take possession of the estate of late Geoffrey Hambulo until it decides whom to grant the authority to manage the same.<\/p>\n

Judge Dorcas Malama said there were interests in the deceased\u2019s estate that required protection in the interim, pending determination of the main matter.<\/p>\n

\u201cLeaving the deceased\u2019s estate in question to the care of no one whilst the main case is pending may be detrimental to the beneficiaries and the case as a whole,\u201d judge Malama noted.<\/p>\n
