An Egyptian site, \u201cYallaKoora\u201d revealed this information, citing a source close to CAF \u201cThis intention of Fifa is motivated by the absence of quality African referees in numbers\u201d, specifies the same source.<\/p>\n

Even before the decision was taken most Federations of countries qualified for the World Cup play-offs have even asked CAF to use referees outside the continent following the poor performance of the men in black from Africa during the last African Cup of Nations which took place in Cameroon.<\/p>\n
