Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>Some PF Members of Parliament have insisted that the UPND administration has no development plans for Zambia hence the increase in food and commodity prices.<\/p>\n

But Vice President Mutale Nalumango says the UPND has a masterplan to better the lives of Zambians but was being overshadowed by the 10 year maladministration of the Patriotic Front.<\/p>\n

During the Vice President\u2019s question time at the National Assembly, Shiwangandu Member of Parliament Stephen Kampyongo has accused the UPND of failing to fulfil their campaign promise of reducing the cost of living.<\/p>\n

And Pambashe Member of parliament Ronald Chitotela has wondered why government has not created the 44,000 jobs announced by the Minister of Finance Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane in the national budget.<\/p>\n

But Vice President Mutale Nalumango says there hasn\u2019t been any shift on the pronouncements as they have a master plan led by the visionary President Hichilema. She says when it comes to job creation the period was not stated but that it will happen within 2022.<\/p>\n
