Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>The Ministry of Health never run out of scandals. So we had Kapoko and his Matrix. Now we hear that they had 86 \u2018Ghost\u2019 health facilities. These facilities received funding which nobody knows how it was used.<\/p>\n

They had Ghost workers in these 86 \u2018Ghost facilities who were drawing salaries obviously and worst part is that drugs were being dispensed to these \u2018Ghost\u2019 facilities. The human resource office at MOH seem a special one. This syndicate has to be brought to book.<\/p>\n

They have committed crimes of high magnitude. People were dying in various hospitals across the country due to lack of medicine and also workmanship but certain cruel individuals were busy sending drugs to their pharmaceutical companies instead of channeling the consignments to were the poor people of this country needed them the most. This Clique of criminals must be thoroughly investigated and made to pay for their misdoings.<\/p>\n
