Africa-Press<\/a> – Zambia<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Female police officers are wrongly judged by a lot of people especially a civilian society, it\u2019s not possible that all of them must find a fellow cops or soldier to settle down with, that disadvantages them.<\/p>\n

Like any other profession you will undergo training, you will adopt a certain language in line with your training. You are acting a role. There\u2019s a way a cop will act when on duty that\u2019s according to police training, it doesn\u2019t define who they are, draw a line try to meet them off duty with friends and compare how they behave<\/p>\n

Some men who date female police officers want to soothe their ego by sticking to physically abusing them, all because of wrong information, \u201d I have to show her that am stronger than her that\u2019s when she will respect me,\u201d really? A woman will always be a woman, training does not make them men come on you coward. Treat your woman with respect, she will reciprocate. If it doesn\u2019t work out move on that\u2019s not because of uniform, how many have you left in the past?<\/p>\n

Female cops are respectable women just like those outside uniform, they make good wives and committed to the family. Don\u2019t fear uniform, don\u2019t call them names simply because you are scared of your own shadow, uniform is just uniform beyond it, we all have lives as citizens, as uncles, as parents.<\/p>\n

I feel perception has disadvantaged alot of them, you fear uniform and you also Want to fear the one wearing it. Why do they look aggressive? You certainly don\u2019t expect them to be smillers when on duty, they are trained to be security conscious, and also not to trust you. What if you are a criminal or a trouble marker?<\/p>\n

Recently I visited Livingstone on a private visit, while in a taxi I deliberately said this to a traffic officer, just to access her chibeleshi to members of the public mummy you look beautiful, I told a taxi driver stop let\u2019s wait for a reaction, she said thank you can proceed there\u2019s no offence on that car. That\u2019s what I expected. Stick to duty, abit friendly but not familiar. Duty ni duty.<\/p>\n

As I conclude, I say they are women like any other, uniform should not disadvantage them, if you don\u2019t want them, atleast don\u2019t give them names simply because you are scared of uniform.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
